Mulanje mountain Also known as the island in the sky, with the highest peak 3004m Mulanje Mountain has more than 20 peaks that are more than 2500m high, has the longest rock climb 1700m that is number one in Africa, the peaks are mostly rocky, some are very difficult and 10 huts that hikers use for shelter.

Mount Mulanje is located 65km south-east of Blantyre. With a very beautiful ecosystem, diversity of plants and animals and the most amazing scenery in Africa.
